Ecology Action to Attend the MOSES Conference
The February 26–28 Midwest Organic and Sustainable Education Service (MOSES) Conference in La Crosse, WI, marks its 26th Anniversary, with an anticipated attendance of nearly 3,000 sustainable farmers and growers. MOSES does a top-notch job slating speakers and teachers in topic areas designed to be most beneficial to sustainable, organic food producers. It might possibly be the largest organic farming conference in existence, with participants from across the United States. This year’s Keynote Speaker will be John Jeavons of Ecology Action. John was invited to speak and present workshops during the three days of the conference. His topics range from an overview of “How to Optimize Organic Farming”, to specific workshops in “Increasing Income While Decreasing Work”, “Compost Power” and “How to Reduce Water Use by 66%”. The conference should provide an exciting opportunity for EA to share GROW BIOINTENSIVE methods with a large, interested audience!
